They offer support in English and Spanish, the support agents know how to do their job very well and most of the time they always end up solving the problem, plus the waiting time in the chat does not usually take more than 15 minutes. It is very nice to know that you will solve the problem quickly and effectively, because the support is done directly from a chat, for which you do not have to choose a tangle of options to talk to a real person. They also offer the option to talk on the phone with a support agent, but in this case, it is necessary to communicate in English.
